In life sometimes you may find yourself engaging in patterns of behavior or connection that are unsuccessful. There are many clues that demonstrate a pattern of behavior's lack of success including the way people react to that pattern, the lack of successful results, and the troubling emotions and feelings the pattern of behavior creates.
So, how can you remake a pattern that is unsuccessful and repetitive?
I thought about this today as I encountered a pattern of behavior that's occurred time and again in my life. Each time this pattern occurs, I feel the sting of people's reactions; I notice the lack of success; and I feel horrible. I don't want this pattern to continue.
The first step towards remaking the pattern is to clearly understand what that pattern includes--what are the specific behaviors?
Next consider how to remake those behaviors in way that results in greater success than failure. Onward.
