- Find ways to act to promote the good in your life and community--find positive ways to contribute to betterment
- Self care is very important--keep yourself rested and healthy
- Have some good times -- good times make you joyful and joy gives you positive energy, the kind of energy that helps you do the tough work of making positive change and promoting the collective good
- Surround yourself with good people who are working to live good lives for themselves and others--there's great positive power in surrounding yourself with good people.
