I write a lot about organization as I'm always on a quest to simplify and organize--the quest for less things and more time.
Today I'll tackle the garage. As with all rooms in my house, this is an annual pursuit. With each year, I've made some progress. What spaces will I create/make in the garage to organize today?
Garden supplies
I'll organize the garden supplies that cannot be stored outside in the corner of the garage. I'll likely get rid of some of the supplies that corner as they are objects I don't need anymore and objects that are broken or worn out.
Toys
We still have a number of old toys and I'll get rid of most of them. I'll save a few for grandchildren and visitors.
Bike equipment
I'll organize that equipment in one spot.
Old frames, photos, and paintings
I'll see if any artist friends or family members want them.
Tools
Time to make a good tool sort as we have too many that re disorganized
House repair/care supplies
I'll organize those and get rid of old, unneeded supplies
Bottles, cans
Recycle
The goal is to cull down to the essentials.
