Projects and challenges

I mostly love projects and challenges.

For example, one big project I've been working at for a few years is the project of simplifying my home. Now that I've achieved a large portion of that challenge, I am so happy with the results. Our house is much leaner which means we do have "less things and more time." Perfect!

While this project was onerous often, we pushed ahead. Of course, there's more to do, but we've made good progress.

I just started another challenge - a health challenge to update our healthy eating and routine. For example, last week we went cross country skiing which was a lot of fun and healthy too.

Slowing down

Being in a rush often translates to poor choices with regard to health. Slowing down helps a lot in this regard.

Let's see if I can meet this challenge with a six week assessment in early March. Onward.
