A number of changes in my life have taken root and are well-embedded into my routine now. As I look back at these changes, I realize that we have to give ourselves time to adjust to change since dealing with change doesn't just spontaneously happen--dealing with change takes time, thought, and intention.
When change happens, it's good to reserve judgement of any kind as the change takes root. You simply can't predict how change will affect your life.
Also, don't crowd your schedule when change is taking place since change most often requires extra time for adjustment and for responding to new situations and expectations.
Also, make time to think about what you hope change will bring, and support those hopes with thoughtful action and response.
Good change demands thought, time, and intention. Onward.
