What consumes you? Is it good or bad?

 If we were to audit our thoughts, we would know what are priorities are? Sometimes our thoughts run on simply because we don't audit our thoughts and take some of those persistent thoughts seriously--we simply let them run on and on and on without end. 

Instead of feeding run-on thoughts, take time out to consider these persistent thoughts and make some decisions about them. 

One positive run-on thought I've had relates to planning family events--I simply love times when family members gather to enjoy one another's company. I grew up experiencing very warm and loving family events, and I love repeating those kinds of events in my life today. So rather than let this be a run-on thought, I have a few planning strategies that enable me and others to gather in this way several times during the year. I love that. 

I'm more apt to let less positive thoughts run-on because who wants to stop to think of a less-than-positive event in your life, but instead of letting those thoughts haunt you, stop and take a strategic approach to those thoughts. I'll do that today with regard to a few run-on, less-than-positive thoughts that run in my mind. Onward.
