The year ahead 2025-2026

What will the new year bring? I like the Jewish calendar as I do think fall is the best time for the new year. After the harvest, comes the winter which is a good time to dig in deep with the work you want to do and projects you want to accomplish. At this joyful summer time, it's a good time to look ahead with your dreams and hopes for the future up front. What do I hope for? What am I planning for? What do I want to change? What's important to me?

Revision is a regular part of this planning process, but that's okay.

Healthy routine

As much as possible I want to commit to a healthy schedule of good food, lots of water, plenty of movement and good sleep regiments. This makes life better.

Onward.

Moving beyond the sadness and worry

If you read my blog, you know I've been very sad and worried about a loved one lately. His care needs are extensive and the needed ener...
