Sometimes in life we become fixated on small problems and that takes our attention away from what's most important. If we focus on what's most important with regard to living a positive, loving life, we will do well.
The fixation on small problems often happens when we're overtired or out of sync with what's best for good living. When we return to sufficient rest and a positive routine, those small problems look like the small problems that they are and what's most important in life takes center stage.
Life is always changing. For years, I've thought of this as the landscape of life; the plains, plateaus, hills, and valleys. Life is a journey, and if we embrace that metaphor we know that the landscape changes both expectedly and unexpectedly all the time.
So as I move ahead, I want to make sure that I do foster the best possible routines in order to keep life's challenges in good perspective. Onward.
