Trump and his staff are creating a dehumanizing, violent, hateful society. It's a society where those that work with Trump profit with increased privilege, profit, power, and pleasure while the rest of us suffer from a loss of freedom, peace, safety, good health, and opportunity. The trump team is a backwards, racist, violent, greedy team that works for themselves, not for us. They are a team that is unfaithful to The United States Constitution and their oaths of office. Day after day, they promote actions that prove their greed, racism, hatred, and harm towards good people the world over via their actions and speak.
What can we do in the face of this fascism? How can we turn the tide toward a peaceful, modern, positive society for all? What can we do?
First, we cannot support this greedy, self-serving, hateful, racist group of individuals in any way.
Next, if you have to pay taxes, don't pay until the last possible day--it's a small act, but it's an action.
Also, distance yourself from those that support this racist, violent regime in any way--don't spend time, money, or any effort with this people.
Don't support businesses that support the Trump team in any way--this is very difficult to do, so do the best you can.
Encourage good lawmakers to create laws and policies that hold individuals and businesses in check so that they don't cheat people and so they don't support the dehumanizing Trump team tactics.
Implore your lawmakers to impeach any public servant that is working against The Constitution.
Work to make sure that every legal voter is allowed to vote during the upcoming midterms, and support good, ethical, law abiding, intelligent individuals who are running for office.
Join local groups that are working for a more peaceful, promising society.
In Nazi Germany, too many people stayed silent which led to the horrid systematic, violent murder of 6,000,000 people mostly because they were Jewish. The way Trump and his team target people because of their skin shade, place of origin, gender, political party, and other personal factors sets the stage for violence against innocent people--it's no different than what Hitler did. It is similarly violent, lawless, dehumanizing, backwards, and evil.
We can do better. When we work together to lift all in society, we lift ourselves too. What will you do to turn the tide? I'm asking myself that question too.
