Stay ahead of the game

 I ignored the symptoms just thinking I was tired after a few busy days, but when the signs of illness rose, I knew it was not just tiredness and that I was fighting some kind of illness--an illness that made me tired and cold. It's been a long time since I've been ill, and this illness is reminding me why I don't like being sick. I love being at full energy and getting things done, and when you're sick, many of the jobs are simply left undone which is frustrating. 

As I think of this fairly mild illness, I realize how important it is to be ahead of the tasks you need to do as that helps you ready for a rainy day, a day of unexpected illness or other unexpected events. Onward.
