Back on track

 After a week of complexity, it seems I will be back on track with priorities in place for the days ahead. Those weeks of unexpected challenges can take you down, but you have to fight back to regain a sense of routine and order for good living. 

What does good order and good living look like at this point in life? 

Acknowledge, celebrate, nurture, and enjoy good relationships

As you age, relationships become more and more important. You have to acknowledge, celebrate, nurture, and make time to enjoy the good relationships you have and you may also want to make some time to make new relationships that connect with your place in life. The camaraderie of good relationships truly helps you to live well during life's stages. 

Be as healthy as you can

Healthy living including good nutrition, healthy activity, and plenty of rest gives you the energy to live well. In addition, you have to face the health challenges that come your way. No one likes to admit that they have health challenges, but to avoid those challenges only make them worse. Facing the health challenges with accurate information, experienced dedicated health professionals, and remaking your routines to include the care you need prepares you for good living. 

Celebrate and enjoy life

Find ways to celebrate and enjoy life--make time for the activities and people you love. 

Work hard and work well

Doing good work builds capacity and confidence. Endeavor to do good work in the arenas where you work as that quality work helps to build positive living for yourself and others.
